Whip Shop offers 5 single-room studios, 2 two-room suites, and 2 three-room suites. The single-room studios range from 400-450 square feet. Fiber optic Internet service is included in the rent.

The Whip Shop is also home to a fine furniture workshop, US Post Office, and a retail kiosk for Farm Country Soup. Recent infrastructure upgrades include the replacement of the factory’s 144 windows, the installation of a new roof, and individual propane heating systems in all offices and studios.

In addition to the main building, the Whipshop Campus includes 3 outbuildings: pipe shed, pin shed, and pond shed. All have been completely modernized and heated and include internet service. The pin shed is outfitted as a music production studio. The Pin shed functions as the owner’s office, The Pipe Shed is the property’s caretaker.
